- Chi-Min Liu
- Chi-Min Liu received the M.S. degree and Ph. D. degree in electronics from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1987 and 1991, respectively. He is currently the Professor of the Dept. of Computer Science, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. His research interests include audio compression, audio effect, and video compression. He leads the Perceptual Signal Processing Laboratory at http://psplab.csie.nctu.edu.tw and has published around 100 technical papers. In addition to the scholoar experiences, Eldon has a lot of industrial experiences on multimedia software and Linux systems.

回覆刪除從Chapter10開始老師的編章和課本的好像就不一樣了@@
老師的Chapter 10 是 Differential Encoding
可是課本Differential Encoding是在Chapter 11
課本的Chapter 10 是Vector Quantization
那這次作業到底是要寫課本的ch10還是11?@@
